Returns:

Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept returns. If you have a problem with your purchase, though, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment:

We accept Paypal for all orders, and checks/money orders for orders over $40.00. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card and do not have a PayPal account, please email us and we will send you an invoice. You do not need an account if you pay this way.

If paying by check, products will not be shipped until the check clears.

Shipping:

Since we have a lightweight product, shipping is $3 USPS First Class. If you want Priority, insurance, or delivery confirmation please contact us before paying. Yes, we do ship to PO boxes.

International packages are sent first class for $4 to Canada and $5 everywhere else. Since they are sent first class there is no tracking number available – if you would like a tracking number the package has to go Priority. Please let me know and I can invoice you for the extra postage, which comes to $20-25. All packages sent first class are at the buyers risk and Sweet Libertine is not responsible for lost packages.

If you place multiple orders within a short period, your orders may be combined to cut down on waste and packaging. We will only ship them together if all items are in stock and ready to go, and your order will never be held up for the purpose of combining orders. Only a small portion of the shipping fee goes to actual postage – most of it is to pay for processing and packing of your order. Even if shipped together, it takes the same amount of time to process and package the order if they were sent separate.
