How long until you get your orders?

Hi, I just ordered from Sweet Libertine for the first time on February 23rd, and I'm kind of afraid it got lost in the mail. Am I worrying too early? (I'm very good at worrying too much, so I have to ask)

I usually get my orders lightning quick.. If you send an e-mail with your order details to sarah@sweetlibertine.com, she'll let you know if it's worrytime.

I've only ordered a few times, but it seems that after I get a shipping confirmation, it's all good - just a few days to arrive.

I think I ordered a XXX color on the 28th or March 1st and it just arrived, but I'd have to go look and see when I got the shipping confirmation.

Is the shipping confirmation in addition to the auto-generated order confirmation? I got that email as soon as the paypal transaction went through, but that was within a few minutes of placing the order. It just listed my order and my name and address, it didn't give any shipping details.

I'm having the worst luck with ordering anything lately. I ordered a songbook in January, and I'm still waiting on it too. I just want something to arrive in my mailbox besides bills.

Yes, you should get a separate shipping confirmation. It may just be through paypal, but it will be separate. I know how you feel about the mail though - I'm waiting for grad school applications as well as eyeshadows

Sarah emailed me back! My order was held up for some unexplainable reason, so she sending me some freebies to make up for the delay. This is the most awesome customer service experience I've had in years! This is what is great about ordering from small businesses, I haven't even tried the product yet, but the personal touch can't be beat. :-)
