Where can I get the makeup samples?

Can I pick which colors I receive?

When a person puts a note in their SASE requesting particular colors, we try to fill that request but sometimes we only have a limited amount of sample colors available. So, in other words, you can add a note but there is no guarantee. If you don’t add a note, we will send 2 of our most popular colors.

What is a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope? Do I need to send one?

Yes. A Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope is explained over here. Any requests made without a S.A.S.E cannot be filled, unfortunately.

I sent an envelope/S.A.S.E. and didn’t get anything back. What’s up with that?

There are a few reasons you may not have gotten your envelope back:

• Make sure that you enclose a S.A.S.E. in your request. We have gotten some envelopes that are completely empty, and therefore we couldn’t process their request.
• Insufficient postage – please make sure that you use the correct amount of stamps for the weight of your envelope. A larger envelope takes more stamps.
• No Postage – we can’t send it back to you if it doesn’t have a stamp.
• Using incorrect international postage – When stamping a S.A.S.E., please include American stamps or an International Reply Form. We cannot mail letters with non-US postage through the U.S.P.S.
