Sweet Libertine Mineral Cosmetics was born on February 14th, 2009. Sarah started with a few eyeshadow colors in her Etsy shop, and her makeup was so popular and so well received that she was able to move over to her own storefront. In the summer of 2009 her husband joined Sarah in her efforts allowing Sweet Libertine to expand and collaborate with other artists, develop new products, and widen the customer base. Jen joined the team that fall, lending brilliant ideas and a great, easy-to-use website. At the beginning of 2010 Liz joined the team, helping Sarah with makeup parties and events, and acting as a stand-in-personal-assistant. Over the past year, Sweet Libertine started as a one-woman-venture and ended up exceeding everyone’s highest expectations.

Many of our products are vegan. This is noted along with the ingredients on every product we make.
