The new Sweet Libertine Las Vegas eyeshadow line – Swatched!

Warning – this is going to be an epic post, but it will have all the new Las Vegas colors swatched and described!

Please note that I swatched a lot of colors at once, so if my skin is sparkly, that’s why. I’m rather sparkly right now.

Let’s start with the blues and greens in this collection. First off: Lounge Act, Tasseled Pasties, and Nickle Sluts.

Without Flash: L-R: Nickle Sluts, Tasseled Pasties, Lounge Act

Let’s start with Nickle Sluts:

Nickle Sluts

Nickle Sluts is a slate blue that leans towards a green shimmer but will also shimmer silver, purple, etc. This would look great with Moon Dust, Oasis, and Smokey Joe.

Tasseled Pasties

Tasseled Pasties is a very light teal with a silver shimmer. This color is a bit sheer and would work well with Secret Liaison, Disco Butterfly, and Mermaid.

Lounge Act

Lounge Act is a teal with a purple and silver shimmer, plus some glitter for extra sparkle. This eyeshadow would pair well with Treasure Chest, Pacific Blue, or Serendipity Do Da.

Our next three color swatches are Double Down, Sparklemotion, and Lost Wages.

First we have Double Down:

Double Down

Double Down is a light olive mineral eyeshadow with glitter and a copper/gold shimmer! It’s one of those colors that would look great alone, or paired with Element, Envy, or Poison.

Sparklemotion

Sparklemotion is a cobalt blue with glitter to give it an extra punch. This would look awesome pair with Nautical, Stardust Memories, or Much Ado.

Lost Wages

Lost Wages is an olive green eyeshadow that has green glitter and a slight copper shimmer. This would look great with Lady Be Good, Jangala, or Electric Mudslide.

I swatched the next color, Ether Binge, on it’s own because it’s definitely a color that deserves it.

Ether Binge

In the jar Ether Binge looks like a mint green but once it’s applied it is a light mint green that leans toward a silver. But it shimmers so many other colors like pink, purple, green, silver, or copper. It has glitter that adds some extra fun, but it’s not over the top. This eyeshadow would look good on its own or with Camisole, Smoking Gun, or Trophy Wife.

Here’s a few of the warmer colors – Burnin’ Love, Casino Queen, Bedazzled:

Let’s start with Burnin’ Love:

Burnin’ Love

Burnin’ Love is a mauve eyeshadow with a gorgeous, yet subtle, multicolor sparkle. This would look great with Brass Monkey, Merlot, or Oldest Profession.

Casino Queen

Casino Queen Is a light coral eyeshadow with shimmer and glitter. I especially like this one, and it would look stunning alone or paired with Breathless, Spring Fling, and Tossed Bouquet.

Bedazzled

Bedazzled is quickly becoming one of my favorite colors. I used it over here in a Face of the Day and I loved the way it looked! It’s a deep brownish red with a bronze hue and sparkle! It would look great with Chicken Dance, Dragon City, or Tan Line.

The next three in line are Cirque, Viva la Diva, and Desert Rose.

With Flash:

L-R: Desert Rose, Viva la Diva, Cirque

First up, Desert Rose:

Desert Rose

Desert Rose is a subtle light rosy pink with a small touch of sparkle. This color would work well with Storybook Romance, Satin Sheets, and Mozel Tov!

Viva la Diva

Viva la Diva is a soft mauvish pink, with a bit of sparkle. Another one of my favorites – it would look awesome with Acmon Blue, Flirt, or Vegas Drive Thru.

Cirque

Cirque is a great medium orange that has a slight copper sheen with some added glitter. Such a fun color! It would pair well with Carnivale, Honest Woman, or Golden Years.

I have used Viva la Diva and Desert Rose in a Face of the Day, paired up with Bedazzled. You can see that here.

Fiiiiinally, the last two colors, Mirage and Fear & Loathing:

First up, Fear & Loathing:

Fear & Loathing

Fear & Loathing is a deep gold/bronze with a slightly green hue and silver shimmer to it. This eyeshadow would look gorgeous when worn with Copper Penny, Eden Park, or Manhattan Project.

Mirage

Mirage is a smokey purple that has a silver shimmer and multi-color sparkle. This would look great in a smokey eye, if paired with Raisin Girl, Catfight, and Black.
