I’m a bit backed up on my Face of the Day posts, so this one is from New Years Eve.

I used Catfight on the outer lid and in the crease and Camisole in the middle of the lid. A little bit below the brow bone I took Striptease and used it as a sort of “under my brow highlight highlight” to add in a bit of color and shimmer. And above that I used Filigree from the inside corner of my eye and up into the brow bone.

A lot of people ask which type of mascara I use – I use the washable Maybelline Lash Stiletto. I absolutely love it! It doesn’t clump up or flake off, and it stays on until I wash it off. I use washable mascara due to my Optometrist’s suggestion because I wear contacts. The way waterproof mascara is formulated any small flakes or particles that may fall onto the contact the contact act as a sponge and adhere themselves. This can cause eye irritation and it makes it a pain to clean your contacts off!
